Mr Theys
Earl Theys was born in 1981 in the picturesque city of Cape Town, where he developed the laid-back vibe that is inherent of the “Mother city’s” children. He started his schooling at a Shawco Pre-primary in Kraaifontein. He attended Eikeindal Primary from Sub-A to Standard 2. Standard 3 & 4 he attended Beacon Primary in Kimberley. He finished off his primary schooling at Kimberley Junior School. His entire high school career was spent at “Hoerskool Postmasburg” in the little town of Postmasburg in the Northern Cape. He was the first non-white person to become a member of the student council “leerling raad” and was awarded the “Dux Award” for being the top student in the Matric Year.
In the Years
that followed
In 2002 he joined CIDA City Campus as a student and in 2003 he became a student of the ICT Academy. He joined the Academy as a staff member in 2004. Starting off as a tutor in the first year he progressed to being a second year trainer and is now the Legal Main Contact for the Cisco Networking Academy at CIDA ICT Academy.
